Online teaching: all the secrets of distance learning.

In this session, we will explore the key features of online teaching platforms used by participants. We will strengthen their skills through practical exercises based on the peer teaching method.

In this session, we will illustrate how to adapt classroom teaching practices for the online environment. We will cover topics such as presentation, structuring activities, giving instructions, monitoring, classroom management, feedback, stimulation, error correction, and student support.

In this session, we will explore different tools to help us organise our materials and share them effectively with students. We will also address safeguarding and copyright issues.

During this session, participants will be introduced to some EdTech apps designed to enhance student engagement. They will have the opportunity to create accounts and practice using these apps alongside their colleagues.

This session will focus on using this approach in various contexts. Participants will gain practical experience creating materials for use in a flipped classroom.

In the last session, we will explore common challenges associated with remote teaching and aim to identify solutions based on the skills acquired during the course.
