Furthermore, support is provided for students with special needs (Special Arrangements). Cambridge ensures diversified examination materials, which offer concrete help, allowing each candidate to demonstrate their English language skills without obstacles.
DURING THE EXAM
During the exams, our staff will always be available to provide candidates with detailed instructions on how to take the tests and offer technical support for the Computer Digital tests. The Listening test will take place in our Computer Lab in a calm and relaxed environment, with wireless headphones, ensuring high standards of quality and professionalism.
After the exam
Our staff provide post-exam support, which includes communicating results and organising the ceremony for the delivery of official certificates.
In the event of a negative outcome, we are committed to supporting the candidate in identifying areas for improvement and planning a new date to retake the exam, offering all necessary support for future success.
