Quality Policy’

The Director General defines and implements the QUALITY POLICY of OXFORD ASSOCIATION within the framework of the development strategy for training, qualification and professional development activities, in order to:

  • to fully meet end-user expectations, through the provision of training activities compliant with the requirements of the “Client” and legal standards;
  • to continuously improve the quality standards offered.

The Directorate-General aims to operate in full compliance with:

  • of the regulations in force (local, national and community);
  • of the “Client's” needs, setting the following general objectives:
    • achieving the set quality levels;
    • Prevention of issues;
    • awareness training and ongoing professional development for staff at all levels;
    • Safeguarding the health and safety of both personnel and the end-user;
    • Continuous improvement.

The General Management, at least once a year, during the Quality System Review, Specify and quantify the objectives you intend to achieve over the course of the year., assigning specific objectives to the relevant organisational levels.

This attribution involves defining for each objective:

  • of the responsibilities and resources necessary to achieve it;
  • appropriate indicators for setting the target value and for measuring its achievement at the expiry of the planned realisation deadlines.

At least once a year, during the quality system review, the achievement of objectives is assessed and further objectives are defined in line with the ASSOCIACIAO OXFORD Quality Policy.

For the implementation of the Quality Policy, the General Management is committed to the development and active maintenance of a Quality Management System, aimed at optimising business processes and preventing any shortcomings concerning the training activities provided.

The Quality System, established in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, covers all company activities related to the provision of vocational and non-vocational training, specifically those directly involved in achieving quality standards. To ensure the implementation of the Quality Policy, General Management authorises and delegates the Quality Manager to operationalise the Quality Management System, coordinate its application, and continuously adapt it to company needs, regulations, and technical evolution. Consequently, they are delegated the authority and responsibility to carry out inspections, audits and verifications, in compliance with the procedures and manual. The Quality Manager is authorised to suspend any activity that compromises the correct application of the Quality Management System and is responsible for reporting on the System's progress to General Management.

The Directorate-General requires all personnel to operate in accordance with the Quality Policy, the Quality Manual (describing the general guidelines of the system) and the Procedures. Only through the involvement of all will an effective management of the Quality Management System be possible. Therefore, the implementation of the Quality Policy is required at all levels of the organisation, specifically based on the objectives assigned to each following the review of the Quality Management System.

All personnel will be informed of the results achieved and the effectiveness of the Quality Management System at least once a year, following the review of the Quality Management System.
