Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages

CELTA, making it the best way to secure a job teaching the English language. CELTA is a qualification from Cambridge Assessment English, part of the University of Cambridge.

The CELTA course is pre-service and therefore aimed at people with little or no teaching experience. It is also suitable for those with teaching experience but without conventional training. Teaching Young Learners

During the session dedicated to teaching Young Learners, our trainer Kate Knight will illustrate the fundamental differences in teaching children and teenagers, highlighting how the skills acquired during the CELTA course can be effectively applied in this context. Furthermore, a workshop is planned dedicated to the practical application of these key characteristics in the classroom environment.

Teaching Business English

During the Business English teaching session, our trainer Andy Townsend will analyse the main differences between teaching general English and English for commercial contexts, providing insights into how this influences the teacher's role. Materials and activities commonly used in Business English teaching will also be explored. As expected, the activities will be student-centred and follow the communicative approach.
